A Pantry Makeover is a unique service where the Health Coach comes to you and reviews your pantry with you and members of your family. It is a stress-free activity that introduces you to the basics of Traffic Light Eating, label reading, and "The Dirty Dozen" which are products that are preferred organic options. We are not there to strip your pantry bare! I will show you how gradual changes can motivate you and your family to choose healthier options on future grocery store visits.  The Pantry Makeover Kit also comes with the Healthy Substitutions Handout, a Traffic Light Shopping List pad, and the Clean 15 list of non-organic fresh foods that you can safely purchase until you are ready to make the conversion to full-organic. I will share with you tips of organic eating without going outside the bounds of frugality.  Now, that didn't hurt a bit!
